About Green Pallets
The inspiration behind was born from two urgent global challenges: large-scale deforestation and the vast amounts of unused agricultural biomass. We envisioned a product created as a direct response to these issues-a circular solution that originates from the earth and, at the end of its life cycle, returns to it.
Our story is built on a foundation of over 14 years of expertise in the agricultural sector. Green Evo Ltd. specializes in the processing, cleaning, packaging, and exporting of agricultural crops. Strategically located in Bulgaria’s most fertile region (Golden Dobrudza) – abundant with sunflower, wheat, and corn – our mission has always been to unlock the full potential of agricultural residuals and transform them into value-added solutions.
Awards & Recognitions
In February 2025, this vision gained international acclaim. Green Pallets won first place in the “Supply Chain, Materials & Delivery Improvements” category at the prestigious Packaging Startup Awards in Birmingham. This recognition is a powerful testament to our innovation, as we were evaluated by an expert jury featuring industry leaders from Barilla, Tesco, Asda, Ocado, and Philip Morris International.
Sustainable Production Process
In January 2025, we proudly launched the production of Green Pallets – a sustainable, high-performance alternative to traditional wooden pallets, specifically designed for a greener global supply chain. Our innovative process eliminates the need for timber harvesting, significantly lowering the carbon footprint of logistics operations. By utilizing state-of-the-art, fully automated production lines with energy-efficient systems, we transform agricultural biomass waste into high-quality pallets. Our biomass is naturally low in moisture, meaning no energy-intensive pre-drying is required, and we take pride in a process that uses absolutely no water – preserving one of our planet’s most limited resources. At Green Pallets, we don’t just manufacture; we give a second life to existing waste to create a better future for the industry.
